【摘要】:ThispartofISO17234issupplementarytoISO17234-1anddescribesaspecialproceduretodetecttheuseofcertainazocolorantsincommodities,whichcanrelease4-aminoazobenzene.Theprocedurealsodetects4-aminoazobenzene(SolventYellow1)whichisalreadyavailableasfreeamineincommoditieswithoutreducingpretreatment.Azocolorantsthatareabletoform4-aminoazobenzenegenerate,undertheconditionsofISO17234-1,theaminesanilineand1,4-phenylenediamine.Thepresenceofthese4-aminoazobenzenecolorantscannotbereliablyascertainedwithoutadditionalinformation(e.g.thechemicalstructureofthecolorantused)orwithoutaspecialprocedure.Theuseofcertainazocolorants,whichmayrelease,byreductivecleavageoftheirazogroup(s),oneormoreoftheotheraromaticamineslistedinAnnexXVIIofRegulation(EC)No.1907/2006oftheEuropeanParliamentandoftheCouncilontheRegistration,Evaluation,AuthorisationandRestrictionofChemicals(REACH),except4-aminoazobenzene,cannotbedeterminedquantitativelywiththismethod.
