【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwogradesoflow-carbonage-hardeningalloysteelplatesforweldedpressurevesselsandpipingcomponents.Thetwogradesarenickel-copper-chromium-molybdenum-columbiumandnickel-copper-manganese-molybdenum-columbiumsteels.1.2Platesunderthisspecificationareavailableinthreeclasses,asfollows:1.2.1Class18212;As-rolledandprecipitationheattreated.Availableinthicknessesofx00BE;in.[20mm]andunder.GradeA,Class1hasaminimumspecifiedtensilestrengthof90ksi.GradeC,Class1hasaminimumspecifiedtensilestrengthof100ksi.1.2.2Class28212;Normalizedandprecipitationheattreated.1.2.2.1AvailableinGradeAonly.GradeAhasminimumspecifiedtensilestrengthof72ksiforthinnerplatesand65and60ksiforthickerplates,withtheminimumtensilestrengthdependentupontheplatethickness.ThemaximumthicknessofGradeA,Class2islimitedonlybythecapacityofthechemicalcompositionandheattreatmenttomeetthespecifiedmechanicalpropertyrequirements;however,currentpracticeusuallylimitsthemaximumthicknessto8in.[200mm].1.2.3Class38212;Quenchedandprecipitationheattreated.1.2.3.1AvailableasGradeAwithaminimumspecifiedtensilestrengthof85ksiforthinnerplatesand75and70ksiforthickerplates,withtheminimumtensilestrengthdependentupontheplatethickness.ThemaximumthicknessofGradeA,Class3platesislimitedonlybythecapacityofthechemicalcompositionandheattreatmenttomeetthespecifiedmechanicalpropertyrequirements;however,currentpracticeusuallylimitsthemaximumthicknessto8in.[200mm].1.2.3.2AvailableasGradeCwithaspecifiedminimumtensilestrengthof95ksiforplatesx00BE;in.[20mm]andunderinthicknessand90ksiforplatesoverx00BE;in.inthickness.ThemaximumthicknessofGradeC,Class3,platesis2in.[50mm].1.3Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits.However,unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicablex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation(SIunits),thematerialshallbefurnishedininch-poundunits.1.4Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents.Therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisspecification.
