【摘要】:1.1ThispartofEN12629,takentogetherwithEN12629-1:2000+A1:2010,appliestomachinesforthemanufactureofblocks,kerbs,pavingstonesandsimilarconcreteproducts.EN12629-1:2000+A1:2010specifiesgeneralrequirementsapplicabletomachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalcium–silicate.Thisdocumentspecifiestheadditionalrequirementstoand/orthedeviationsfromEN12629-1:2000+A1:2010specifictothemachinesitcovers.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttothesemachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemachinesfromthepointatwhichthemixtureentersthemachine(seepoint1-2ofannexB)andthepointwherethepalletboardsarebroughttotheassembly(seepoint3ofannexB)untilthepointwherethegreenproductsareremovedfromthemachineassemblytothecuringsystem(seepoint4ofannexB).1.4ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazards!deletedtext"listedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandmaintenance,includingtheinterfaces,oftheblockmakingmachines,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.1.5Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletoblockmakingmachines,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
