【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesgeneralrulesfortheenumerationofprobioticpediococciinfeedsamples(additives,premixturesandfeedingstuffs)thatcontainpediococciasasinglebacterialcomponentorinamixturewithothermicroorganisms.Thisstandardisnotapplicableformineralfeedswhicharedefinedascomplementaryfeedingstuffscomposedmainlyofmineralsandcontainingatleast40%crudeash(CouncilDirective79/373/EEC)[3].Therearedifferentcategoriesoffeedsamples:a)Additivescontainingabout1010(colonyformingunits)CFU/gb)Premixturescontainingabout108CFU/gc)Feeds,mealorpellets,whichcontainabout106CFU/gandincludecompletefeedingstuffs,andmilkreplacers.ThedetectionlimitisasdefinedinENISO7218.
