【摘要】:ISO23936asawholepresentsgeneralprinciplesandgivesrequirementsandrecommendationsfortheselectionandqualification,andgivesguidanceforthequalityassurance,ofnon-metallicmaterialsforserviceinequipmentusedinoilandgasproductionenvironments,wherethefailureofsuchequipmentcouldposearisktothehealthandsafetyofthepublicandpersonnelortotheenvironment.Itcanbeappliedtohelptoavoidcostlycorrosionfailuresoftheequipmentitself.Itsupplements,butdoesnotreplace,thematerialrequirementsgivenintheappropriatedesigncodes,standardsorregulations.ThispartofISO23936addressestheresistanceofthermoplasticstothedeteriorationinpropertiesthatcanbecausedbyphysicalorchemicalinteractionwithproducedandinjectedoilandgas-fieldmedia,andwithproductionandchemicaltreatment.Interactionwithsunlightisincluded;however,ionizingradiationisexcludedfromthescopeofthispartofISO23936.Furthermore,thispartofISO23936isnotnecessarilysuitableforapplicationtoequipmentusedinrefiningordownstreamprocessesandequipment.Theequipmentconsideredincludes,butisnotlimitedto,non-metallicpipelines,piping,liners,seals,gasketsandwashers.
