【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60603covers8-wayshieldedfreeandfixedconnectorsandspecifiesmechanicalandenvironmentalrequirementsandelectricaltransmissionrequirementsforfrequenciesupto100MHz.Theseconnectorsaretypicallyusedascategory5connectorsinclassDcablingsystemsspecifiedinISO/IEC11801:2002.Theseconnectorsareintermateable,interoperable,andbackwardcompatiblewithotherIEC60603-7seriesconnectors.WhilethedefinitionofinteroperableisbeingdiscussedwithintheIEC,“interoperable”inthisstandardmeansthefollowing:thefixedandthefreeconnectorarecapableofinterconnectingwithanyIEC60603-7seriesconnector,andwhenitisinterconnected,itfullymeetsallrequirementsofthelowerfrequencyIEC60603-7seriesstandard.NOTETransmissionperformancecategories:inthisIECstandard,theterm“category”,whenusedinreferencetotransmissionperformance,referstothosecategoriesdefinedinISO/IEC11801:2002.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisausefuladjuncttodynamicthermalteststhatareperformedunderconditionsinwhichthesampletemperatureisincreasedcontinuouslyataprogrammedrate.Resultsobtainedunderdynamictestconditionspresentdifficultiesindeterminingthetemperatureatwhichanexotherminitiatesbecauseonsettemperatureisdependentonheatingrate.Thetestmethoddescribedinthepresentstandardattemptstodeterminetheonsettemperatureunderisothermalconditionswheretheheatingrateiszero.1.1Thistestmethoddescribestheassessmentofconstant-temperaturestabilityofchemicalmaterialsthatundergoexothermicreactions.Thetechniquesandapparatusdescribedmaybeusedonsolids,liquids,orslurriesofchemicalsubstances.1.2Whenaseriesofmaterialsistestedbythistestmethod,theresultspermitorderingthematerialsrelativetoeachotherwithrespecttotheirthermalstability.1.3LimitationsofTest:1.3.1Thistestmethodislimitedtoambienttemperaturesandabove.1.3.2Thistestmethoddeterminesneitherasafestoragetemperaturenorasafeprocessingtemperature.Note18212;Asafestorageorprocessingtemperaturerequiresthatanyheatproducedbyareactionberemovedasfastasgeneratedandthatproperconsiderationbegiventohazardsassociatedwithreactionproducts.1.3.3Whenthistestmethodisusedtoordertherelativethermalstabilityofmaterials,thetestsmustberununderthesameconfinementcondition(see8.3).1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandardshouldbeusedtomeasureanddescribethepropertiesofmaterials,products,orassembliesinresponsetoheatandflameundercontrolledlaboratoryconditionsandshouldnotbeusedtodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskofmaterials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.However,resultsofthistestmaybeusedaselementsofafireriskassessmentwhichtakesintoaccountallofthefactorswhicharepertinenttoanassessmentofthefirehazardofaparticularenduse.1.6Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
