【摘要】:1ThispartofISO11542establishesasystemofdesignationforPE-UHMWthermoplasticmaterialswhichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.ForthepurposesofthispartofISO11542,PE-UHMWmaterialsarepolyethylenematerialshavingameltmass-flowrate(MFR),measuredat190℃and21,6kgload,oflessthan0,1g/10min.2ThetypesofPE-UHMWaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)viscositynumberb)elongationalstressc)Charpynotchedimpactstrengthandoninformationaboutintendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO11542isapplicabletoallPE-UHMWhomopolymersandtoultra-high-molecular-weightcopolymersofethylenehavingacontentofother1-olefinicmonomersoflessthan50%bymassandacontentofnon-olefinicmonomerswithfunctionalgroupsuptoamaximumof3%bymass.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO11542doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
