【摘要】:ISO20763:2004specifiesproceduresforthedeterminationofsteel-on-steelanti-wearpropertiesofhydraulicfluidsbymeansofperformanceinavane-typehydraulicpump.ISO20763:2004coversarangeofhydraulicfluids,bothanhydrousandaqueous,intendedforapplicationswherehigh-speedslidingcontacts,suchasthosefoundinavanepump,areencountered.FormineraloilsofcategoriesHMandHV,andfire-resistantfluidsofcategoryHFD,themethodisapplicabletoviscosityclassesISOVG32,ISOVG46andISOVG68,asspecifiedinISO3448.Underdifferentspecifiedconditions,themethodisapplicabletoaqueousfire-resistanthydraulicfluidsincategoriesHFA,HFBandHFC,asspecifiedinISO12922,withinthesameviscosityclasses.

【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecoverstestingprotocolsfortestingthepyrophoricity/combustibilitycharacteristicsofmetallicuranium-basedspentnuclearfuel(SNF).Thetestingwillprovidebasicdataforinputintomoredetailedcomputercodesoranalysesofthermal,chemical,andmechanicalSNFresponses.Theseanalyseswouldsupporttheengineeredbarriersystem(EBS)designbasesandsafetyassessmentofextendedinterimstoragefacilitiesandfinaldisposalinageologicrepository.Thetestingalsocouldprovidedatarelatedtolicensingrequirementsforthedesignandoperationofamonitoredretrievablestoragefacility(MRS)orindependentspentfuelstorageinstallation(ISFSI).1.2Thisguidedescribestestingofmetallicuraniumandmetallicuranium-basedSNFinsupportoftransportation(inaccordancewiththerequirementsof10CFR71),interimstorage(inaccordancewiththerequirementsof10CFR72),andgeologicrepositorydisposal(inaccordancewiththerequirementsof10CFR60/63).Thetestingdescribedhereinisdesignedtoprovidebasicdatarelatedtotheevaluationofthepyrophoricity/combustibilitycharacteristicsofcontainersorwastepackagescontainingmetallicuraniumSNFinsupportofsafetyanalyses(SAR),orperformanceassessments(PA)oftransport,storage,ordisposalsystems,oracombinationthereof.1.3Spentnuclearfuelthatisnotreprocessedmustbeemplacedinsecuretemporaryinterimstorageasasteptowardsitsfinaldisposalinageologicrepository.IntheUnitedStates,SNF,frombothciviliancommercialpowerreactorsanddefensenuclearmaterialsproductionreactors,willbesenttointerimstorage,andsubsequently,todeepgeologicdisposal.U.S.commercialSNFcomespredominantlyfromlightwaterreactors(LWRs)andisuraniumdioxide-based,whereasU.S.DepartmentofEnergy(DOE)owneddefensereactorSNFisinseveraldifferentchemicalforms,butpredominantly(approximately80%byweightofuranium)consistsofmetallicuranium.1.4Knowledgeofthepyrophoricity/combustibilitycharacteristicsoftheSNFisrequiredtosupportlicensingactivitiesforextendedinterimstorageandultimatedispositioninageologicrepository.Theseactivitiescouldincludeinterimstorageconfigurationsafetyanalyses,conditioningtreatmentdevelopment,preclosuredesignbasisevent(DBE)analysesoftherepositorycontrolledarea,andpostclosureperformanceassessmentoftheEBS.1.5Metallicuraniumfuelsareclad,generallywithzirconium,aluminum,stainlesssteel,ormagnesiumalloy,topreventcorrosionofthefuelandtocontainfissionproducts.IfthecladdingisdamagedandthemetallicSNFisstoredinwatertheconsequentcorrosionandswellingoftheexposeduraniumenhancesthechemicalreactivityoftheSNFbyfurtherrupturingthecladdingandcreatinguraniumhydrideparticulatesand/orinclusionsintheuraniummetalmatrix.TheconditionofthemetallicSNFwillaffectitsbehaviorintransport,interimstorageorrepositoryemplacement,orboth,andtherefore,influencetheengineeringdecisionsindesigningthepathwaytodisposal.1.6Zircaloyspentfuelcladdinghasoccasionallydemonstratedpyrophoricbehavior.Thisbehavioroftenoccurredoncladdingpiecesorparticulateresiduesleftafterthechemicaldissolutionofmetallicuraniumoruraniumdioxideduringfuelreprocessingofcommercialspentfueland/orextractionofplutoniumfromdefensereactorspentfuel.Althoughitisgenerallybelievedthatzirconiumisnotasintrinsicallypronetopyrophoricbehaviorasuraniumorplutonium,ithasinthepastignitedafterbeingsensitizedduringthechemicalextractionprocess.Althoughthisguideprimarilyaddressesthepyrophoricityofthemetallicuraniumcomponentofthespentfuel,someofthegeneralprinciplesinvolvedcouldalsoapplytozirconiumalloyspentfuelcladding.1.7Theinterpretationofthetestdatade......
