【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversvacuumtreated,alloysteelforgings,differentiallyheattreatedforturbinerotors.1.2Differentialheattreatmentofarotorforginginvolvessubjectingtwoportionsoftheforgingconcurrentlytotwodifferentaustenitizingtemperaturesfollowedbytwodifferentcoolingratesfornormalizingandquenching,andthentempering,toachievecreepresistanceinthehighpressure(HP)portionandhightoughnessinthelowpressure(LP)portion.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
